Post-Processing

I use minimal post-processing on my photos, I try to keep them as I see them through the camera. I do crop and resize them for fast viewing online but that's about all. It appears as though post-processing had almost become a necessary step with digital images which I honestly don't understand. With the quality coming out of modern digital cameras it seems unneeded for my use at least. I understand the need for professionals and many types of photographs but my focus is primarily wildlife which, in my humble opinion, shouldn't be processed as would other formats.

Of course, there are exceptions such as my favorite Woodstork photo on the top of these pages.
